Find What You Love To Do!
What do you want to be when you grow up? This question is asked of every teenager by most well-meaning and loving adults. In this class we help introduce your child to a wide-range of career choices! We will bring in actual experts in different fields to talk about their work and answer questions. We will also be going to different work environments! Our goal is to help each one have their eyes opened to the variety of possibilities open to them!
Each year is different, since we take into consideration the goals and desires of the teens attending to build our line-up of professionals and outings.
2nd & 4th Tuesdays at 2pm
The cost of each class is $150 a semester per child.

Career Explorations

In Career Explorations we will be exploring many different career opportunities. This program is designed to help students gain a glimpse into the future of potential career fields and discover what it takes to get there.
We will sometimes meet at our JonesStrong Homeschool for presentations and guest speakers and will often have students dropped off and picked up right at our visiting(field trip) locations.
A calendar of events will be sent home after the start of the school year as this program is designed to be student driven. It will also help students to grow in their personal development and independent living skills which is one of JonesStrong’s core values.
