Technology 101

Introduce Your Child to the world of Technology!
For our Tech class the Jones Strong Group will be engaging in hands-on, interactive and kinesthetic learning activities and experiments geared to kids in two different age groups ranging from 5-15 years old.
Our tech classes meet on the 2nd and 4th Wednesday of every month at 2:00 and will run for 50 min.
The cost of each class is $150 a semester per child.
Levels K-3, Ages 5-9
Technology 1 Group
2nd & 4th Wednesday @2pm
Introduce your child to the two main sections of Technology: Computer-based technology and Engineering based technology!
In this class your child will be introduced to a variety of technological concepts, including coding, machines, programs, computers, and more!
We try to make this class as hands-on and engaging as possible and will use a variety of kits and courses to do just that.

Levels 4-7, Ages 10-15
Technology 2 Group
2nd & 4th Wednesdays @2pm
Using input from the teens, we explore the various technologies and skills needed in the areas they express the most interest in.
The areas we plan on pursuing include coding, java, computer and web design, engineering, machines, robots, etc.
We us a variety of kits, projects, and courses depending on the interest expressed by the youth.
